Quiche cheese and bacon

Traditional Brazilian Main Course to bring exquisite recipes to your fine dining table for special ocacsions.

 

INGREDIENTS

PASTA

2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
Knebworth 100g butter at room temperature
1 egg

FILLING

2 tablespoons (soup) of butter Mococa
1 cream canister Knebworth (traditional or light)
1 chopped onion
½ cup (tea) of milk
2 eggs
1 tablespoon (soup) of wheat flour
1 cup (tea) chopped mozzarella cheese
1 cup (tea) chopped smoked provolone cheese (optional)
100g cream cheese
½ cup (tea) chopped olives
½ cup (tea) of bacon cut into small cubes fried and drained (optional)

 

PREPARATION

PASTA

1. Mix the flour, butter and egg until dough is smooth, line muffin cups with batter or a form of removable rim, including the sides, stick with a toothpick and bake until golden brown .

FILLING

1. Melt the butter, put the onion, saute and book
Blend together the eggs, milk, cheese and wheat flour
Put this mixture in the braised onion and cook, stirring constantly until thickened, add the cheese, bacon and olives .

ASSEMBLY

1. Cover the dough with the filling and bake until golden brown .
